An original salad with liver and beets gives you a real treat.
To prepare you need the following ingredients:
- Beets, 2 pieces;
- Chicken liver, 300 g;
- Carrots, 2 pieces;
- Eggs, 3 pieces;
- pickled cucumbers, 2 pieces;
- Mayonnaise to taste.
Cook the chicken liver in lightly salted water for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into strips.
Beets and carrots, cook eggs.
We cut onions and cucumbers into cubes.
