Pickled mushrooms are delicious and fragrant.
To prepare you need the following ingredients:
– mushrooms, 500 g;
– water, 50 ml;
– vegetable oil, 50 ml;
– garlic, 3 large carnations;
– vinegar 9%, 2 tablespoons;
– salt and sugar, 1 tsp;
– bay leaf, 2 pieces;
– black pepper, 5 – 7 pieces;
– allspice, 3 – 5 pieces
Take mushrooms, rinse and dry. It is better to take medium or small mushrooms.
Slice the garlic into thin slices.
Mix garlic, salt and sugar, paprika, bay leaf, water and vegetable oil, vinegar in a pot.
We set the pan on a small fire and pour in the mushrooms, mix and bring to a boil. When the mushrooms juice and boil the marinade, cook over low heat for another 5-7 minutes.
Add until fully cooled in brine and serve.
If you are prepared for the future, the mushrooms with the marinade are placed in a clean glass and kept in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Such mushrooms can be served as a separate dish or mushrooms can be added to a variety of salads.
Optional salad of cooked or smoked chicken, onions, mushrooms, eggs and pineapple. Simple and tasty, you can season it with mayonnaise or natural yoghurt to your liking.
