Shell potatoes in the shell: an incredibly tasty potato dish

It is very simple and made from the simplest products.

To prepare you need the following ingredients:

– big potatoes, 8 pieces;

– Ham, 200 g;

Hard cheese, 150 g;

– sour cream, 1 glass;

– salt and pepper to taste;

– onion, half;

– dill and parsley in half a bunch.

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and cook in uniform. Cool and peel.

We cut each potato lengthwise into two pieces and with the help of a spoon carefully remove the center, trying to leave the sides whole.

Cut the onions and ham into small cubes, grate three cheeses on a coarse grater, chop the vegetables. All of these products are mixed as desired with potato pulp, salt and pepper and mixed with sour cream or mayonnaise.

In each boat we put out the filling. And put the potatoes in a baking dish or on a baking tray.

Preheat the oven to 220 – 250 degrees and bake for about 20 – 30 minutes.

Serve hot or cold, sprinkled with fresh herbs and minced garlic.

For such fried potatoes, various sauces are also suitable. Make a sauce of finely chopped cucumber, garlic, dill and mayonnaise or sour cream. You can chop cottage cheese, salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic and chop in a blender, season with sour cream or mayonnaise. Pour the boats with sauces and serve.
